My Students
I have a class full of amazing students who are excited about learning. They are self-motivated, goal-driven, and always eager to learn. They are extremely motivated while using technology in the classroom to further their learning.
I work diligently to create a positive, engaging classroom, where every student can be successful, no matter their individual struggles.
My goal as a teacher is to help every student be successful in the classroom.
My students are eager learners and work hard to obtain their goals in the classroom. I have students that live in all different types of family units with varying economic statuses.
My Project
My students are very eager and excited to come to school despite the COVID-19 problem that is greatly effecting my classroom and communtiy. I have many students that are full of energy and excitement, yet struggle to concentrate on academics due to the worries they come to school with. They work hard, yet need help moving while learning.
Like every classroom, my students have various needs.
Wobble cushions will help my students be able to release some energyand worries as they work. In second grade, I have very active bodies who are always moving and wiggling. As they release energy, they will have more stamina to work hard on tasks for longer periods of time.
With these cushions, more learning can take place because they can wiggle while we work. I expect to be able to use these in my classroom for years to come. They will also be able to use headphones with their Chromebooks to help them better concentrate.
My class is also in dire need of some supplies to help sustain my classroom that has been depleted and well used. Being able to uplift the spirits of my students is crucial and I need some more exciting books, replace old supplies that have been well used, and bring some color to their lives with color printing from a printer. I think that just by adding these supplies, the students will be more grateful and more excitied to come to school and learning.
