This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have a classroom full of amazing students who are eager to learn. They have not had a permanent teacher until now and so I am hoping to be a great teacher to them.
My students come in with such enthusiasm to learn and be part of their own growth.
They are excited to learn how to read and write. They express how much they want to learn. My students have many individual needs academically, socially and emotionally but with the right tools, teamwork and knowledge they will accomplish their overall goals.
My Project
My students are all at different levels in grades and also on their individual needs. These materials will help in creating resources for each that will allow them to learn and grow their independence. They will help in building a classroom for them that offers them what they need to learn and grow as students and individuals. Using independent work stations will allow them to support tier learning and give them the opportunity to practice and achieve goals on their own as well as together. Growth is the overall goal!
