My Students

I am a recent college graduate and this is my first year teaching! I want to give my students endless possibilities to be creative, engaged, and inspired.

I will be teaching second grade at a southeastern Missouri school.

I want them to be able to come to school motivated and ready to learn! School should be a safe environment and somewhere my students will be able to grow in every way possibly.

My classroom will consist of seven and eight year olds that have different learning styles. I want to be able to meet each of their needs. I will incorporate many hands on activities that involve many strategies. I am super excited to start my first year of teaching with this group of second graders!

My Project

These materials will make such a huge difference in my second graders learning! As a new teacher I am at square one and needing everything that I can get. My list consists of the basic necessities such as a pencil sharpener, staplers, and other things students will use all day. My list also consists of things that will help them on their math and reading skills. Such as base ten manipulative and magnetic wipe off boards!

I am so excited to see my student's use these different materials and help them grow!

I will use all of these materials every single day and my students will be able to be anything they want to be!
