Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I would like to start collecting Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards. Teachers Pay Teachers is a website where teachers create materials, upload them, and share them with others teachers for a fee. The curriculum that is offered isn't a full curriculum and is not at all easily accessible for that cannot do paper and pencil tasks.

This gift card would help to start providing my students with a base level curriculum that is accessible.

Of course, this will take modifying, but not anywhere near what it takes now with what little we are given. I hope if this gets funded I can do another and be able to purchase more levels of the curriculum.

There is currently no curriculum that is pre-made accessible for students who have high accommodation needs. I am hoping by slowly getting curriculum and piecing it together I can give my students access to learning that is also made just for their body's and brain's needs.
