This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I really enjoy gathering my students on the carpet to talk about our day, read a book, or to just give them a quiet place to work. With this rug, students will be able to choose a state within the United States and sit on it while they wait for our group to begin.
Students will choose a state and take a seat.
With this carpet, it not only gives us a place to gather, but also a place to learn. Students can share their work, learn where the states are, and read a book with a buddy.
