A Calm Corner for Our TK Students

My Project

Our brand-new TK special education class doesn’t yet have a teacher, but our students are here and deserve a safe, supportive space. Many of our 4- and 5-year-olds have autism and sensory needs, and right now we have no materials to help them calm down or self-regulate.

With your support, we can create a sensory/calm-down area with soft seating, fidgets, weighted tools, and calming lights.

This space will help students manage big feelings, feel safe, and rejoin learning more quickly.

Your donation will impact 12 young learners this year and many more in years to come. Thank you for helping our students feel calm, supported, and ready to learn.
