A Bright Reading Corner for Bright Students

My Students

I teach twenty-four energetic, positive and bright students. In our classroom, we focus on building a safe and welcoming environment. Each day my students enter our room ready to learn and participate.

My students are motivated and always ready to learn.

Each of my students are eager to learn and participate in our class. My students are constantly bringing humor, fun and energy into our room each day and each one of them is a piece of our amazing classroom.

My Project

Reading is an essential part of school and life! My students are given time daily to sit down with a book and read. Right now they are reading at their desks which is where they sit for most of the day. I want to be able to create a fun reading environment that will get them out of their seats and excited to read.

By donating to our classroom reading area, my students will have a comfortable place to use their imaginations as they read.

All of my students love to dive into a really great book and this new reading corner with a fun, colorful rug and beanbags will inspire them to read, imagine and learn to truly enjoy reading!
