This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would love for you to help me decorate my classroom! It has been proven that a welcoming classroom helps students feel safe and nurtured, allowing them to focus on the tasks at hand!

The colors are also inviting, allowing the students to feel happy when they walk into my classroom!

No bulletin board is complete with out awesome borders! I plan to use them around my classroom, inside and out! I want my students to feel proud when they come into my classroom, giving them a sense of being home in a place they spend most of their days!

I will use the glue gun to help me decorate my classroom. I have had the ones I use for over 6 years, and urgently need an upgrade. They don't work the same, making me work harder to maintain my classroom.

The sharpener will help my students as every year, I must order a new one. Pencils are the most basic, fundamental tool in the classroom. Electric sharpeners help students sharpen their pencils and get back to the lesson as quick and efficiently as possible. The pencil dispenser will provide students with the pencils they need to continue their work!

The zipper pouches are essential, as students are able to keep their supplies in their desks. This helps those students who are unable to purchase their own supplies and use the ones I provide for them. No student gets left behind in my classroom!
