My Project
My teachers are extremely hard-working people who care immensely about their students and about providing them with the best education possible. These books and materials would benefit them directly and be a great boost for their learning.
Understanding the research behind the Science of Reading is key for my teachers to keep their knowledge current and effective. We need these important books for our continued learning, which will ultimately benefit our students. I can't wait for us to read these great books in a book study while we learn together! I plan on creating a Science of Reading library in my room, along with a teacher work area where they can use the laminating sheets to prepare engaging literacy activities for their students. All of our students would benefit directly from the teachers' increased knowledge and preparation.
