A Book Is a Door to a New World

Help me give my students a diverse selection of books that spark curiosity, build reading confidence, reflect their identities, and inspire a love of learning through daily independent and shared reading experiences.

My Project

What I love most about my students is their curiosity, their energy, and the unique perspectives they bring to our classroom. I would like these books to add to my classroom library because I want to give my students access to a wide variety of engaging, high-interest texts that reflect their diverse backgrounds, interests, and reading levels. By building a well-rounded classroom library, I hope to create a space where every student can see themselves in the pages they read, explore new genres, develop critical thinking skills, and fall in love with reading.

These books will not only support independent reading time, but also enrich small group instruction and spark meaningful class discussions.

Each resource will help my students grow as readers and thinkers, and most importantly, help them find joy in reading every day.
