My Project
As a class, we would love to share our love for reading through literature circles! Literature circles offer a powerful way to turn reading into a collaborative and engaging experience for every student. By working in small groups and reading the same book together, students can dive into rich discussions, explore different perspectives, and connect more deeply with the stories they read.
To make this possible, we need a class set of the same book.
This will ensure that all students in a group can follow along at the same pace and fully participate in the discussion. This will help spark thoughtful conversations, build confidence, and encourage every student to take part.
Literature circles promote more than just reading skills. It fosters teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership. Students take turns leading the discussion, asking questions, sharing opinions, and responding to each other's ideas. It’s a chance for them to take ownership of their learning and build a classroom culture where every voice matters.
