This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am very proud of my classroom library. In the heart of DC and in the age of screens, I believe it's incredibly important to put books in front of students when I can.
I have around 1,000 books in my classroom, but no cleanly organized space in which to keep them.
With this bookcase, I can easily separate books by genre and area of interest so that students can quickly find what they want and spend more time reading! Your donation will help make reading fun and simple for our third graders!
