This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year I created a novel study for my fifth graders. They love to read, and as a class we created a list of books they are interested in. Each student will get to choose what book they want to read and will work in small groups to complete the novel study.
I want my students to feel connected and to see themselves in the books they read.
