it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are captivated by the diversity of life and often ask questions about how different animals survive in the wild. To help them explore these ideas more deeply, I’m requesting materials like animal skulls, skeleton models, and bear claw replicas. These hands-on tools will allow students to observe real examples of how animals are physically adapted to their environments, from sharp teeth and strong jaws to specialized limbs and claws. By directly comparing anatomical features, students will develop a clearer understanding of natural selection and evolutionary patterns.
These materials will become essential parts of our lessons on comparative anatomy, adaptation, and survival.
Instead of just reading about these concepts in a textbook, students will be able to investigate them firsthand, examining bone structure, asking questions, and drawing conclusions just like real scientists. Your support will give them a memorable, engaging learning experience that builds both critical thinking and a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
