A Beautiful Learning Environment for Diverse Learning Styles

Help me give my students beautiful furniture for our classroom library and to accommodate a variety of learning styles. We need small tables so students can choose to work with a partner or independently.

My Project

We are a public Montessori school offering high-quality Montessori education for free to students of diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. One of the pillars of Montessori education is creating a beautiful envirnoment where students are inspired to learn.

My students have the freedom to choose where to work in our classroom and currently we have mostly 4-person tables.

They need more seating options so they can choose to work with one partner or independently without being distracted by a larger group.

We also have an extensive library with books from a variety of genres to attract students to read for pleasure and research topics that inspire them. Our bookshelves are well-loved and worn out. Having shelves that are sturdy and unblemished will attract students to the library more frequently.

My students have diverse needs and thus require more choices for their work space. They have varied interests for research and projects requiring an extensive library. The library shelves need to reflect the quality of the books themselves. New desks will help create a beautiful space for students to learn and work.
