This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our current library space is in great need of updating. We are excited for the possibility of gaining new tables and chairs that will fill the space, along with updated books and literature that adorn the shelves. The walls will receive a fresh coat of paint to aid in the brightening of the space, providing a welcoming oasis into a journey of reading and literacy. We are seeking to create a library that is both functional and inviting to all of our stakeholders and school community that will benefit from these improvements.
