Help me give my students in our weekly book club an awesome experience exploring, deconstructing and, relating these novels to their life experiences. Used copies are welcomed as well.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We have established a book club this year to encourage our students to discover the joy of reading and literary analysis. It started with a trip to our neighborhood library where each student had an opportunity to sign up for a library card. Since October,
we've been meeting once per week in a soliloquy format to share our books.
As a culminating activity, we would like to do an author's study of these two novels. We plan to read independently and share our thoughts feelings and wonderings during our weekly book club meets
