My Project

My students reflect the diversity of households within metro Phoenix.

These books will enable 6th graders to reinforce Maths skills acquired in class, learn new skills, and remind them of skills they should have acquired in earlier years but possibly missed out on due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

The District has a preferred Maths text book, but the IB philosophy practiced by our school encourages the use of multiple approaches to learning. The exercises featured in these books will enable me to do just that, and additionally offer ideas for innovative summative assessments.
