Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These items will help organize the classroom for the 4 different classes of students I see. Each class needs a space for their folders, workbooks, and notes that is easily accessible and organized. Hanging up anchor charts and vocabulary words around the room using magnets and hot glue is very helpful for visual learners and for students to reference during class. As a math teacher, I want to incorporate more opportunities for students to use color to color code various vocabulary and units, so markers for students would be amazing!! Pulling students into small groups results in the use of many Expo markers and the thin Expo markers are a 5th grade favorite.
