This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

With our new group of students, for 5th grade we were looking to do more whole class read alouds. Every student deserves a chance to engage in empathy-based books. The students need to have more reading practice before moving to 6th grade.

Help me give my students the opportunity to practice more reading comprehension and novel studies through whole class readings.

The 3 class sets of books that are requested will help teach empathy and reading strategies to help students exceed with their reading skills! Everything you can do will support us!
