Help me give my students complete interventionist teaching stations. We need the supplies to make each station complete. These will assist math/reading interventionists in their small groups.
Our Title 1 School is supported by Reading and Math Interventionists that see many of our students in grades K-5 in small groups. Most of these small groups take place in our communal "Neighborhood" areas.
Currently, our interventionists need to continually take out/put back supplies for each group.
This time could be used for instruction, if all of the stations had needed supplies attached to the rolling white boards.
Additionally, if these visuals were readily available at each station, more learners would be able to access the materials for each lesson. Our learners are composed of students that are ELL, students on IEPs and students needing additional assistance to process their learning.
Our new rolling intervention stations include:
-big rolling white board
-hanging file organizer for the back of the white board to hold paper materials
-magnetic supply holders for the front of the white board for pens, erasers and writing utensils
-additional storage for supplies
-Fundations Reading Program letter sound cards, which are used for most reading lessons
