This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am currently a 4th grade teacher in an ICT classroom where my kids love to read. They love book shopping in our classroom library because that is often the only chance they get to receive and read new books.
We are working hard to promote independent reading and build student stamina, with these books they will remain engaged for longer periods of time.
I am requesting brand new series books that I know my students will love to read in the classroom and at home.
These series books such as Dog Man, Smile, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and so much more will have my kids rushing to the library to get them! Thank you in advance for your generous donation to aid in increasing my students love of reading.
