Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love that the students I have met are sweet and ambitious! They’re ready to learn. They just need the right materials for me to help them reach their aspirations.

The materials I have listed will not only aide in the development of their education, but also in their social and emotional learning!

My students had a rough second grade year, so I would like to show them that third grade will be different. We have a lot to learn, so we’ll have to work really hard, but we can also have fun with our learning.

The headphones will help my students who receive text to speech and other supports when they are completing work on their laptops. The whiteboards and manipulatives will help them when we are leaning to spell words and write, as well as math facts. The board games and books will show students school can also be fun and a safe place for emotions.
