My Project
My students are curious, imaginative, and full of energy. I want to help them come to class ready to learn and excited to explore new ideas. I love seeing how their eyes light up when a story captures their imagination or when they make a new connection between what they read and the world around them.
They inspire me to create a classroom where reading is not just an assignment, but a lifelong passion.
Through this project, I am requesting a class set of Magic Tree House books for my students. These stories are the perfect bridge between early reading and chapter books, and they open the door to adventures through time, history, and fantasy.
By providing each student with their own copy to keep, I hope to foster a personal connection to reading and have a book they can return to again and again. Owning a book can be a powerful first step toward seeing oneself as a reader, and your support will help make that possible. Thank you for investing in their love of learning and imagination!
