I strive to incorporate technology in my classroom by engaging in group activities using their laptops and our document camera in different ways. I believe that my students are just beginning to tap into reaching their full potential!
My students are using technology daily to help further their learning, but giving them a chance to engage with hands-on activities and materials.
My students not only need the opportunity to read about concepts, but to work with their hands. Apply real life concepts leaves students with a lasting impression and makes learning more accessible to all students and their specific learning styles.
My Project
These students thrive on intellectually stimulating experiences that allow them to be hands-on with their learning. They will give my students the chance to think, imagine, and learn in 3D!
Having these 3Doodler pens will give my students the chance to integrate even more technology across curriculum and bring their learning to life!
The 3Doodler pens will be used for STEAM design challenges in math and science. In math, students will integrate multiple mathematical concepts, and in science it will help students create models of living organisms; helping them further understand an organisms make up and systems.
I hope to allow a world of possibilities by putting 3Doodler pens in the hands of my students; helping a tricky concept stick with a struggling student, applying math skills to the real world, and inspiring creativity!
