My Project

3D Printing skills are being used in car design, the medical field, construction, and food preparation...to name a few. This evolving technology is amazing! What can we think of next? These students will be the generation that takes things even further. With the ease of 3D Printing intricate parts, the sky's not the limit!

Even spaceship engines have been 3D Printed!

My class takes the students through a design thinking approach. They are able to tackle a problem and work together to solve it. Once they have a theory, they go about designing the prototypes. These prototypes are typically made of cardboard and tape, but now the students can use software to create a 3D image of their solutions.
