it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
One of my favorite parts of teaching 3D designing in my STEAM courses is seeing the faces of students when they get to tangibly hold their design in their hands. Using 3D printers in the classroom, with their rapid prototyping capabilities can allow a student to see their designs come to life within 1 to 10 hours (depending on the size and complexity).
A typical classroom project can take anywhere from 30-120 hours of print time for all student projects to be completed.
Unfortunately, due to the time constraint students don't get a chance to make adjustments I am starting this project in the hope to utilize faster printing speeds in my classroom. These faster speeds will give the chance for students to make any changes/improvements needed to enhance their design.
