Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our 2nd graders are ready to get into some 3D printing! We would love to have our ideas come to life and are ready to embrace hands-on STEM learning in the classroom!
This 3D printer will help them problem solve, work with software, and create real-world applications to make their creations purposeful.
With 3D-printed items, we can teach students about forces and motion, animal adaptations, and erosion. With this project, I hope to nurture student interest in topics such as aviation, engineering, and technology.
Whether it's creating their own geometric shapes in math, having their favorite reading characters come to life, or creating their own art, this 3D printer will expose them to cutting-edge technology! We are so excited to use this new technology in our classroom and know there are endless opportunities in what we design!
