My Project
My students are very enthusiastic about art. I am always impressed at how they are willing to try any material, and technique that their projects may require. They are great at finding ways to really make the projects reflect who they are as individual artists!
In this project students will choose a continent and an animal from that continent to create
They will learn how to properly and safely use plaster in this project.
They will not only make an realistic animal mask, but as a collaborative project, the will work with other students who chose the same continent, to create a landscape or environment that their animal would be found in. They will hang their masks in that area for our art show representing animals around the world.
