This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects, using technology, and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things. The have a hunger to learn.

Being 2018, technology is used every day in the classroom and students need the proper resources to do that.

Science is a tough subject to learn without the proper supplies in the classroom.

My Project

Virtual reality headsets can be used in the classroom to take students to places they may never be able to visit. We could explore the solar system, different galaxies, planets, asteroids, moons, etc. Students can also see what it is like to be an astronaut, geologist, archaeologist, etc. They can travel back in time to see what the changes of Earth.

The list is endless on what you can view with these headsets.

If the place is on Earth or not, the students will have a fun time learning about their new adventure.

Technology is taking over the classroom. Students are getting away from learning from books and are using technology. The future is now.
