My Students

My classroom population consists of students with special needs that often require unique accommodations for learning. They succeed with the use of visual supports, direct instruction, and sensory tools.

My students are an incredible group of kids that deserve the very best learning environment.

I would love to be able to support them in any method possible. Your donations allow me to provide every opportunity for them to see realistic growth in their learning and social skills.

My Project

I teach grades 1-3 meaning we spend most of our instructional time in small groups. We work with small white boards that are available to us, as well as the large notepads, but we run through a great deal of paper each day as we model for our students. Each small group center could benefit from a white board easel. We would also benefit from the use of stools at our tables instead of the chairs, which seem to take up too much space.
