2nd Grade Wax Museum

My Project

I teach the best second graders in the world! Every spring, we do a wax museum project. Each student chooses a person who made a difference in the world to research, so we need books to do this. They create a report about the person. We then have a wax museum. Each student dresses as the person they researched and creates a 2-3 sentence card to read. Parents and administrators come walk around the wax museum and listen to each child's presentation.

My goal is for each child to have a copy of a book to use to research their person who made a difference.
