My Project

In the 25-26 School Year, I am moving to a new classroom and starting my second year of teaching. Now having a year of teaching under my belt, I better understand what materials are needed to run a successful classroom. For the coming school year, I am asking the DonorsChoose community to consider funding this project so that my class can thrive.

The things we are asking for are:

1. plastic pencil boxes, glue sticks and crayons for school work and projects.

2. Multi-colored folder assortments for each subject area and one folder for homework.

3. Primary Notebooks for each subject to help foster a love of writing across subjects, and to help them practice!

4. Food and snacks for students who miss breakfast or need a snack.

5. Chair bands for jumpier students to have something to get their energy out with.

6. Bulletin board paper, anchor chart holder bars, write and wipe objective cards, and printer ink to create an engaging learning environment for students through visual representations.

7. Hall passes so that they can properly pass through the halls to their destinations.
