My Project

The students in my class all have difficulty regulating their emotions. Most of my students cannot communicate their feelings, wants, or needs. We need visuals to help with that. We also need strategies to help teach them their emotions and how to regulate themselves. The Zones of Regulation poster will help them visualize their emotions. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card and cardstock will allow me to print specific visuals for my students as well as additional communication boards. The books Teeth Are Not For Biting, Hands Are Not For Hitting, and Feet Are Not For Kicking will be used as social stories to teach my students how to have safe bodies.
