This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our 4th grade classroom is in need of several things. The largest need is a couple of carpets. During Covid-19 all of our carpets were removed, and now that we are allowed to return to using them, I would like to add these two for a common work area, and for a cozy library area.

Items such as pencils, timers, clipboards, magnetic notebook paper, and nametags will help my students access materials when they need them and will provide reference tools.

The puzzle piece flooring will make a nice place for our wobble stool flexible seating while keeping the tile floors shiny.

These items will start our year off on the right track!
