21st Century Skills - 3D Design & Print

Help me give my students the opportunity to design and print in 3D. The Anycubic ACE Pro 3D printer and the different colored filament will allow my students to print in 4 colors rather than one and learn new skills.

FULLY FUNDED! Mr. Lewis's classroom raised $496

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My class will provide hands-on curriculum that immerses students from low income communities to learn skills within the dynamic world of 3D design and printing, empowering them to transform ideas into tangible creations. Through a blend of design thinking, iterative prototyping, and real-world problem-solving, students will develop critical 21st-century skills—creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking—that are essential for success in today's rapidly evolving technological landscape.

The AnyCubic ACE Pro 3D printer will provide the opportunity for my students to learn those necessary skills for the rapidly evolving technological landscape.

It will work in tandem with a 3D printer within the class allowing my students to learn how to design and print in multiple colors.

Filament is needed for the designs of my students to be brought to physical form. The AnyCubic filament is designed to work best with AnyCubic printers and it is essential to have filament for 3D design and print classes.
