My Students

We encourage our elementary scholars to lead their own learning. These scholars have many different interests and talents. With such a diverse group, they are able to take a lesson and ask questions that lead us to dig even deeper into the topic. They all love to learn and they learn in different ways.

When a scholar asks a questions or finds a problem, the scholars take the wheel and find the answer or solution.

As teachers, we try to provide all the possible resources that the scholars might need to answer and solve those questions and problems that their busy brains think of. Each scholar has their own way they learn best. Our goal is to provide every outlet possible to meet the needs of as many learning styles as possible.

My Project

In today's world, students are motivated and engaged with technology. When using digital resources I am able to more easily differentiate instruction to meet the needs of each diverse learner.

Independent student access and usage of technology is vital in the classroom and at home.

Students use technology to communicate with each other, their teachers, and parents through applications like SeeSaw and Smore. Use of SeeSaw and Smore allow students access to individualized learning programs such as Raz-Kids, XtraMath, Education Galaxy, and Prodigy. The headphones will allow students independent access to these resources in the classroom and at home as well.
