Help me give my students the opportunity to read the 2026 Caudill Books. These are the best books of the year voted on by Illinois students.

My Project

Each year the students get an opportunity to read the Caudill books. These are the top books voted on by Illinois students in grades 4-8. When the students read at least 3 books by the deadline, they get to vote on their favorite.

I have upped the challenge to at least 15 books by the deadline.

Once they have read the books, filled out the forms and get parent signatures, they get to vote for their favorite book as well as participate in a pizza party with all the other students who complete the challenge!
