Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Maintaining a functional classroom for over 100 students can be a challenging mission. Given the everyday traffic of students it is necessary for a teacher throughout the year to refresh consumables and to add well needed equipment and technology that would aid learning. I would like to add an Alexa to the science lounge to support inquiry and to provide quick answers to spontaneous academic wonderings. Peripheral technology supplies such as copy paper, printer ink and a chair for the rather high STEM cart computer lab will create a comfortable and convenient environment for both me and my students.
Finally, I would like to replenish sanitary supplies that have become a staple in every classroom following the COVID epidemic.
