Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We will use these not only in the classroom from grades kinder to 5th grade but also after school in 4th and 5th grade art club. Most items are consumables we replace each year with the help from art funds from the district, Cotton Bowl Contest we do each year, and teacher's personal money. We make stuffed animals in art club, dragon eyes with air dry clay in 5th grade, the 2nd and 3rd graders love the two tracing boards I already have, and of course, we always need a new pencil sharpener.
