My Project
Here in Green River, Utah we hold a grad night for our graduating seniors. We are a small town, about 900 people, so we invite grades 7-12 to attend. We have a night party from 9-2 AM to keep kids from drinking on graduation. Awesome food is served, ball tournaments, rock wall, senior room, money balloon drop, photo booth and prizes given throughout the night. Seniors get prizes to help them with college. Your donation will help make the night a success!
The graduating class has been together since kindergarten and have grown close to each other.
They support each other during sports, plays, and musical events. They work hard and cooperated greatly to achieve one of the best prom I've ever seen. They fight like siblings but then have each others back like family. They have courage, drive and a great sense of humor that will help them tackle life's challenges!
My Project
Grad night is an alternate way to celebrate grad night without alcohol and/or drugs. During Grad night we pull names out to see who wins prizes. Good prizes keep kids excited and want to participate in the celebration. Kids use these prizes to help them in their next step in life. Younger kids look forward to the next year and what prizes and activities there may be. Prizes chosen today will help with their health and studies. Please consider donating to our school wide celebration of their achievements! Thank you!
