My Project

The "How Do Dinosaurs" series, and "My Dragon" series are going to be used in my SEL lessons. The anatomy apron and human body bulletin set are going to be used to teach body awareness and nutrition. My students are going to use the batting tee and bases to learn various baseball skills; like throwing, catching, and batting.

For the rest of the school year, we are going to learn about our mental health, nutrition and how our body works.

I would like a flag in the room so we have something to face when we do The Pledge of Allegiance. We all know how important mental health is, so it is my goal to teach on how to manage our emotions. Our Kinders and 1st Graders may be little but, they have BIG emotions! Learning how to express them appropriately takes a lot of practice. Teaching them these skills will stay with them throughout their lives. Thank you!!
