These items will help my students have their classroom feel like a home and have access to supplies and resources to use to help make learning more fun!
As a first year teacher, I was not able to make my calm down corner as best as I wanted it to be, with some of these items I can make it a space that children will want to go to and use when they need it.
Additionally, some of the more creative items will help my students be more creative in their drawings in their writing so that they can have the choice to use all the colors that they want.
Lastly, the storage and seating pieces will help my classroom feel more like a home for me and the students. The storage pieces will also be great to have for student only materials that they know they can access whenever they may need something!
