My Project
Covid-19 was and is still continuing to impact our growing future. Will it ever cease? Will we ever find a cure? If that one day we find a cure, I want our children in our now classrooms, to be the ones to find it. I am asking for snacks for the kids whose parents are dealing with financial issues coming from Covid. I want to train the kids' brains with the flash cards I’ve asked for, to help adapt their brains into sharp and quick-witted ones. I’ve asked for white erase boards and markers to help develop their social skills and turn a project into a group activity. This will help tremendously and students love getting out a white board and getting to use their imagination, especially for teachers needing to help teach a standard and this is a fun way to do it! I have asked for a printer for my classroom. Anything can happen, a teacher getting sick or having an emergency where she has to quickly print paper for her students in a rush or accidentally not having enough paper for the students. As my first year teaching I’ve come to realize how important and expensive printing can be. We as teachers have a spending balance on how many papers we can print and I am pleading that I have access to one not for myself for any teacher that is in need of printing or is low on their printing balance! These student deserve a chance and if I had the financial support to help me I promise to use them to my best ability to help get my students back on track and on to the brightest future possible. I will not give up hope and I will continue to teach that to my students.
