This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I LOVE my students! They have the biggest hearts and are SO eager to learn! I love seeing smiles on their faces when they have created something new! I work in a Title I school and we run out of essential items quickly. I do not have a whole lot of family support, as they cannot afford these extras. They love to highlight and make crafts. Having these extra supplies will help us in doing so!

They are also very responsible and take good care of their things.

They love getting new supplies and have been very eager to share, as well!

My Project

Hello! We are into October and already out of some supplies that we use on a daily basis! My students are responsible for cleaning their own tables at the end of the day, which not only help teach them responsibility, but also will cut down on germs for the upcoming flu season! We go through Clorox wipes very quickly!

Also, with the holidays coming up, I like to incorporate a lot of projects for the kiddos to make!

Construction paper and markers are two of the things that are ALWAYS needed! My students take pride in their work and having the proper tools is ESSENTIAL!
