Help me give my students the PPE necessary to get us through the second semester of the school year. This will allow me to give my students a way to keep up with masks & remain COVID free!
As first year, first grade teacher I am excited to begin my career in the education field. I have lots of wonderful, inclusive and enriching ideas for my classroom. I have 28 students in my class and would love to provide them with exciting and interactive ways to develop new skills. We are a Title I school with 100% free and reduced-price lunch in Cleveland, Ohio.
While my students are only six and seven years old, they have faced many obstacles in life already that children should never face.
My Project
These materials will make a difference in my students learning because it will take the stress of constantly worrying about their mask. Students will be able to focus on their learning and not if they've misplaced their mask or broken it. With these materials I can give each student in my class reusable masks to keep at school and be disinfected at school daily. They will have the opportunity to design their own mask and make mask wearing a fun and customizable experience.
The materials on my project will allow me and my students to keep our classroom as COVID free as possible.
