Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As the new yearbook sponsor, we have the task of creating our school's yearbook, and we are so excited to take on this challenge. Although we have our cellphone cameras, we are in need of high-quality equipment to create a beautiful yearbook. Obtaining a digital camera and accessories will help us capture all of the amazing moments throughout this school year. Our curriculum will help the students learn about angles, lighting, and filters. This camera will help me meet the academic needs of my students.

My students are creative, resourceful, and tenacious.

They have the skills to be success, but they need materials to showcase what they can do. When my students have the materials they need, they get the job done!

They cannot afford to buy digital cameras on their own, and our school is unable to provide the funds to put towards this, so your donations to buy this much needed equipment will go far! Please help us create an incredible yearbook!
