My Project

Children benefit from authentic learning experiences where their engagement stems from their ability to have choice, voice, and ownership of their learning through experiences that build their confidence as learners.

Hands-on experiences are critical in the early childhood classroom.

The double sided alphabet sensory board, spelling trays, and spelling boards will be used during small group learning as children identify letters and sounds and manipulate them to build words.

The puzzle and fidget games will also be used in small groups to help children build their literacy skills but also used in small group for early finishers as children work independently while the teacher works with another group of students.

Now more than ever, children need opportunities to own their learning experiences. These sensory boards will give them chances to be independent while building their confidence.
