My Students
My students come from a low-income immigration neighborhood. They are all English language learners and they are special because they learn through visuals and materials.
My students need the support and materials to help them learn throughout the day since English is their second language.
My school is mostly all English language learners and mostly consist of Chinese and Spanish students. Please help my students and me get the math supplies we need to make math fun and exciting for them.
My Project
My students need these math manipulatives ,such as, Penguins on Ice, number bean bags, and Playstix to help them learn math in a fun and engaging way. My students get very excited when a new math manipulative is introduced to them. These math manipulatives and games will help my students learn math in a fun way in my classroom. Not only are they playing, but they are also learning as well.
These materials will help make a difference because they will learn math through play.
These materials will help them learn counting, shapes, colors, sorting, patterns, etc. These math concepts are what my students need to learn in preschool, which is why these materials will help them so much.
