Help me give my students winter beanie, gloves and neck warmer set to be used during the long winter season, toothbrushing kit in school, and healthy snacks.

My Project

Alaska experiences long winter season and having the right clothing helps the kids get through this season without getting sick many times during the school year. Living in the bush also makes it harder to visit medical facilities that will take care of oral health problems, one of the causes for absenteeism. Providing the students with winter beanie, neck warmer and gloves help them feel a bit warmer when they come to school. Setting a schedule for oral health care and providing the materials needed will help ensure the students healthy mouth, teeth and gums. Healthy snacks will also help my students "learning-ready". With that, 2nd Grade students are Clean, Ready and Healthy!
